Production Supervisor

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for a position in Pontiac, MI! This position is paying $20-24/hour and begins right away!

Duties:

• Oversee the production process, production supervisors and operators
• Ensure that the required production target is achieved
• Minimize downtime for the production line and lead process improvement
• Liaise among different departments, e.g. Maintenance, Quality and PC&L
• Determine what resources are required to run effectively
• Identify training needs, ownership for the operators training
• Supervise and motivate a team of operators, engaged in mediation, disciplinary action
• Review operator performance
• Correspond with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
• Manage KPI (OEE, rework, scrap, labor cost etc.)
• Ownership for production check sheet (Process, 1st piece, 5S, downtime etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associate’s degree
• Experience in comparable role
• Automotive and Microsoft Office Suite experience
