Driver Recruiter

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Driver Recruiter for a position in Lincoln Park, MI! This position is paying $40,000-50,000/year and begins right away.

Duties:

• Recruiting for Driver roles
• Posting job ads online
• Network and use social media to find new talent
• Travel to truck shows and job fairs
• Provide support to drivers and act as liaison to dispatchers

Requirements:

• Experience working in the transportation industry, preferably in recruitment
• Experience providing fast and effective support relating to trucking and dispatch inquires
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Solid knowledge of computers, social media, and fleet management software (Tenstreet)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel is a must
• Valid Driver’s license
