Digital Marketing Analyst

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for a position in Waterford, MI! This position is paying $25/hour and is a hybrid in person and remote position.

Duties:

Monitor & Reporting

• Monitors online presence, brand image, and reputation with analytics tools
• Monitors coverage in the media across digital, news, and broadcast channels
• Performs and enhances search capabilities through keywords and Meta tags

Content & Community Management

• Monitors digital channels for customer service opportunities, provide recommendations for how to escalate and/or respond as necessary following standards
• Generates and pitches ideas for content, campaigns, and special projects
• Organizes and coordinates digital media accounts then develops and posts digital media content as needed

Requirements:

• Analysis & Recommendations
• Ability to use metric trackers and other tools to monitor and analyze data
• Ability to present insights and findings
• Ability to provide recommendations based on analytic findings
• In-depth familiarity and proficient knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, WordPress, etc.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Requires excellent customer service skills
• Requires strong attention to detail
• Requires strong ability to analyze data
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite
