Contract Administrator
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator in Detroit, MI! This is with a highly established company based in Detroit. It is paying $25/hour and begins right away. Remote opportunity!
Duties:
- Liaison between supply chain and other business units
- Gather data and prepare bid documents, terms and conditions, specifications, etc.
- Attend pre-bid, bid meetings, and site tours to review bid packages and assist in selection
- Assure cost of service data relative to invoicing is properly maintained in the cost systems
- Approve invoices for processing
- Reconcile material and equipment charges to credit card, ERS, and other methods of purchases
- Assist other with project estimates
- Document contract changes, prepare performance reviews
- Assure work is performed in adherence with the contract
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a related field such as Business Administration or construction engineering, preferred level is a bachelor’s degree.
- PC proficiency required including experience with MS Office products, Maximo and SAP
- Three to five years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: purchasing, fleet, facilities, billing, accounts payable or contract administration.
