Business Strategy Analyst

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an IT Analyst for a position in Pontiac, MI. This position is paying up to $87,000 annually and begins right away!

Duties:

• Act as service request point of contact
• Create and maintain service requests and identify support trends
• Provide responsive support for critical events (security breaches, infections, etc.)
• Coordinate with impacted users and status of incident progress
• Investigate, troubleshoot, document and resolve hardware and software issues
• Assist with mobile phone inquiries
• Document procedures and processes for internal use
• Be available to assist outside of standard business hours

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server)
• Bilingual candidate preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred, as well as certification
• 3+ years related experience
