Accounts Payable Associate

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an AP Associate for a position in Clawson, MI! This position is paying $20-21/hour and begins right away.

Duties:

• Vouchering expenses (including 3-way matching of invoice/receiver/purchase order)
• Account distribution
• Data entry
• Print and distribution of checks
• Month-end reconciliation of sub-ledger to general ledger
• Investigation of payment issues and discrepancies.
• Other projects include back-up support for front desk, spreadsheet analysis, ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Strong work ethic
