Job Position: Welder

Location: Holly, MI 48442

Pay Rate: $18.45-$21.10/hr

Shift: 1st or 2nd, Mon-Fri w/ occasional mandatory Saturdays, Full-Time, Contract/Temporary

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Experienced Welders in Holly, MI. All welders are required to take a weld test which may include vertical, horizontal, and flat welds. Pay is weekly with options for direct deposit. Employees will have the opportunity to earn an attendance bonus of an $1.40/hour for reporting on time and every day they’re scheduled.

Some job requirements include:

• Must pass weld test

• MIG & TIG welding

• Steel-toed boots and jeans for all positions

• Candidates must pass criminal background check and drug test (THC is not included)

• The weekly attendance bonus is offered to employees with perfect attendance

• Second shift workers receive a $0.50 shift premium

We are currently recruiting for future openings on the following shifts-

• 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

• 2nd shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

There’s a potential for the positions to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc. Once hired in, employees are offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement & Referral Bonus’ with a union shop. After 6 months hired in direct, associates qualify for 401k, 401k match during the next open enrollment.
