Summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest quality standards for our products for a company in Troy.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools. Proficiency in using various inspection equipment, including calipers, gauges, micrometers, and CMMs.

Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures.

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Oversee inspection and testing activities to verify product conformance.

Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to resolve quality issues.

Train and mentor quality technicians and manufacturing personnel.

Support customer audits and address customer concerns.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance.
Pay Rate: $95,000.00-$100,000.00
