Job Position: Material Handler

Location: Holly, MI 48442

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd (training on 1st shift)

 

Entech Staffing is seeking experienced Material Handlers for openings in Holly, MI. This is a full-time, contract/temporary position with the opportunity to go direct based on performance, attitude, attendance, etc. Conveyance Heijunka will be required to put away inventory in the stockroom and pull and move material to the production floor to support manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storing of components in the stockroom.

  • Maintaining stock locations and material movements in ERP system.

  • Continuous stock replenishment on the production lines.

  • Daily area organization and clean-up.

  • Must follow all ESD and equipment safety protocols.

  • Accurately maintaining inventory by performing weekly cycle counting and annual physical inventory.

  • Effectively communicate any issues to Warehouse Supervisor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and maintaining a clean work environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous electronics material handling and ESD requirements preferred.

  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages, ERP systems, and MS Office proficiency a plus.

  • Prior position that required counting and tracking inventory preferred.

  • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
