Job Position: Material Handler

Location: Flint, MI 48503

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: 1st 5am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, temporary/contract, full-time

 

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Material Handler for a position in Flint, MI. The Material Handler will supply parts to the production area, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This is a full-time temporary/contract position with the opportunity to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly be on your feet loading and unloading materials

  • Prepare parts for work orders

  • Monitor inventory

  • Keep the warehouse and outside lot organized and clear of debris

  • Operate forklifts, moving large material through the facility

  • Read and interpret blueprints to identify parts, work orders, and shipping/receiving documents

  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • Ability to obtain a Forklift Operators Certification

  • Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds

  • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to starting position
