Job Position: Kitchen Help

Location: Ortonville, MI 48462

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 8-10 hour shifts

JOB DESCRIPTION –

URGENT!!! Entech Staffing Solutions is looking for dependable, team-oriented individuals to join our kitchen crew as Kitchen Help at a summer camp in Ortonville, MI! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and safely during a fun and fast-paced camp season.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES –

Dishwashing & Sanitation:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware

  • Clean kitchen surfaces and equipment following health guidelines

Food Preparation:

  • Wash, peel, and chop fruits and vegetables

  • Assist in meal setup and basic prep tasks

Meal Service Support:

  • Help plate meals and refill serving stations during mealtimes

  • Keep the dining area clean and organized

Health & Safety:

  • Handle food with care and follow safe food handling practices

  • Be mindful of food allergies and dietary restrictions

  • Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely

Inventory & Restocking:

  • Unload and store food and supply deliveries

  • Restock supplies as needed throughout the day

Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and camp leadership

  • Stay flexible and positive in a fast-paced team environment
