As a Financial Personal Assistant, You’ll:

  • Be the Welcoming Voice and Face: Be the first point of contact for clients, warmly greeting them on the phone and in person, and efficiently managing appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

  • Become a Paperwork Pro (We’ll Teach You!): Assist in preparing and processing client documents accurately and efficiently, learning the essential administrative processes within wealth management.

  • Help Maintain Client Trust and Confidentiality: Ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date through careful data entry and management, understanding the importance of discretion and precision in this industry.

  • Communicate with Confidence and Empathy: Handle client inquiries with professionalism and a helpful attitude, building strong relationships through clear and friendly communication.

  • Provide Exceptional, Personalized Support: Go the extra mile to anticipate client needs and provide proactive assistance, enhancing their overall experience with the firm.
