CNC Team Lead – 1st shift

Entech Staffing is searching for a unique individual to join our team as a 1st Shift CNC Team Lead. This is not your typical supervisory role – we’re looking for a working supervisor, a leader who can jump in and get things done while providing guidance and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in all aspects of 1st shift production

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

• Train and mentor team members on machine operations and best practices

• Troubleshoot production issues and identify solutions

• Read and interpret schematics to maintain and repair equipment (knowledge of CNC a must)

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (CNC experience preferred)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
