Entech Staffing is seeking a Coordinator Administrative Assistant! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for long-term employment. As our client’s Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for their office in Troy, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.

Place orders for supplies as needed.

Assist the administrative team with various clerical duties, including typing correspondence and reports.

Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with basic social media tasks as required.

Details:
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Troy, Michigan
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Compensation: $22 – $23 per hour
