Entech Staffing is seeking a Coordinator Administrative Assistant! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential for long-term employment. As our client’s Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for their office in Troy, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate personnel.

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.

  • Place orders for supplies as needed.

  • Assist the administrative team with various clerical duties, including typing correspondence and reports.

  • Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with basic social media tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prefer Bachelor Degree in Business or Communications

Details:

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Troy, Michigan

Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Compensation: $22 – $23 per hour
