Entech Cares: We're Stronger Together
For us, giving back to the community through relationships with local organizations is not just an act of charity but a foundational principle of corporate responsibility. Through the Entech Cares program, every employee commits to at least eight volunteer hours with our community partners. All of our team members receive paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO).

Hope Against Trafficking
Restoring Lives of Human Trafficking Survivors
Entech created a job preparedness program to assist women in their job search. All of our recruiters are trauma-informed and work with these women to build confidence when re-entering the workforce. This training includes: Conducting Mock Interviews - Coaching on How to Dress for Success - Teaching Office Etiquette - Building Resumes and Cover Letters. Our work with Hope Against Trafficking goes far beyond job preparedness. Entech has given financial support to provide two vans, which has allowed them to expand their program capabilities.
Blessings in a Backpack
We're Feeding the Kids this Weekend
We partner with the Royal Oak chapter of Blessings in a Backpack. Our team coordinates food drives and volunteers to pack weekend meals for school-aged children in our community who might otherwise go hungry.
Lighthouse
We Build Equitable Communities that Alleviate Poverty
Lighthouse is an emergency service provider for those in need. Along with volunteers and donations, Entech sponsors the annual Lighthouse Fundraising Event to raise money for the organization. We host parties for the residents to brighten their days, assist with the annual Thanksgiving food drive by packing up donations provided to the shelter, and hold regular food drives in our offices.
On the Wings of Angels
Embrace, Empower, and Thrive Together
As a women owned organization, we seek to empower other women in our community. On the Wings of Angels is near and dear to our hearts, as it is an organization that empowers women in abusive situations by providing them with the necessary resources to gain independence. Entech is heavily involved with On the Wings of Angels, with a senior staff member on the board. We support them through attending events and advocating for their cause, and through sponsoring their fundraising gala.
